Job Description:
Youth Pastor for leadership and small groups for 75-100 member Fair Oaks Area Church. Living Hope Community Church is looking for a spiritually committed, energetic and motivated individual with a vision to lead our students and young adults in small groups & a mid-week music themed service. A successful candidate will display a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a love for kids, and a strong worship leading background. Experience in developing and supervising students, and leading students in worship is required. Work with the band to develop mid-week worship service as well as oversee all music associated with the youth ministry. Must be willing to visit students at their homes and schools and to attend activities to support the students in their search for love and acceptance and a relationship with Jesus Christ.
